Spacious Oceanfront Condos

The Resort on Cocoa Beach offers 124 two-bedroom condos with Atlantic Ocean views. Each unit includes a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa. All condos feature full kitchens with standard 12-cup coffeemakers, washers, dryers, and wood floors. Oceanfront units face east, while oceanview units face north.

Onsite Dining Options

Azteca II operates a tiki bar by the pool serving snacks and hosting Taco Tuesdays with two tacos, rice, and beans for $10. The Saints & Sippers coffee truck serves hot drip coffee Monday mornings with one complimentary regular coffee per unit. No breakfast service is available onsite.

Recreation and Activities

The resort features an outdoor pool with a waterfall and hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, a fitness center, and a game room with pool tables and arcade games.
